       根据中国教育部文件通知，为巩固中美人文交流高层磋商机制成果，鼓励中美两国高校进一步深化合作关系，吸引更多的美国优秀青年学生来华留学，现委托我校承担2017/18年度中国政府奖学金中美学历生专项奖学金，现特发布该项目招生报名通知。



一、奖学金内容及标准





1.  奖学金为全额奖学金，内容包括：免学费、住宿费、综合医疗保险费、生活费。
2. 生活费按月发放：本科标准为2500元人民币/人/月；硕士标准为3000元人民币/人/月。

二、报名条件





1. 择优招收美国籍全日制本科生或研究生。本科生项目为中文授课（须到CSC指定院校进行为期一年的预科教育和汉语语言培训），研究生项目中/英文授课均可。
2. 来华留学申请人必须持有效的美国护照或美国国籍证明文件4年（含）以上。且最近4年之内有美国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在美国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境章为准）。
3. 年龄要求：18周岁以上
4. 学历要求:
本科申请人：高中以上毕业，并且成绩优秀；
硕士申请人：本科以上学历，并且成绩优秀。

三、申请流程





申请人务必于2017年7月18日之前登录基金委来华留学网上报名信息系统（www.csc.edu.cn/laihua）进行并完成网上报名。报名材料包括：
1、奖学金申请表（网上报名可自动生成）
2、经公证的最高学历证明
3、毕业证书或学位证书的复印件及英文翻译件

2017-2018 Sino-U.S. CSC Scholarship Students Recruitment
According to Ministry of Education of China, in order to consolidate the achievement of Sino-U.S high level cultural exchanges, to encourage to two countries to further deepen cooperation between universities and to attract more outstanding American students to study in China, China Medical University is entrusted to undertake the enrollment of 2017-2018 American students for undergraduate and postgraduate study, sponsored by the Chinese government.
1.  Content and Criteria of the Scholarship
Full scholarship includes tuition fee, accommodation, medical insurance and monthly living allowance.
The living allowance is granted to the scholarship students monthly, which is 2500RMB for undergraduate students and 3000RMB for postgraduate students.
2. Application Requirements
1) Preferential enrollment for U.S. Full-time undergraduate and postgraduates. Programs for undergraduate course will be taught in Chinese medium. Students who apply for undergraduate programs must study one year Chinese language and preparatory courses in CSC appointed university. Programs for postgraduates can be taught in both Chinese and English.
2) Applicants must hold a valid U.S. passport or the United States Citizenship Certificate for at least 4 years. During these 4 years, there has been a living record of more than 2 years’actual residence in the united states.
3) Age Requirement: Above 18 years old.
4) Degree Requirements
Undergraduate applicants: High school degree or above with excellent marks.
Postgraduate applicants: Bachelor’s degree or above with excellent marks.
3. Application Procedure
Applicants must complete the application and log onto the CSC scholarship online application system (www.csc.edu.cn/laihua) before 18th July, 2017. The application documents include:
1) Scholarship application form (the online application will automatically be generated)
2) Notarized highest diploma (photocopy)
3) Photocopies of diploma or degree certificates and the English translation.
